Straightaway! All our offices are fully furnished and available for immediate occupation. You just need to complete our simple Registration Form, sign the Licence Agreement and make your initial payment. Internet connections can also be made available straightaway so you can be up & running as quickly as you need to be.

As long as you like ! There is no minimum or maximum term – the only requirement is that one or three months notice to vacate is given, in accordance with our Licence Agreement. If you require office space for a specific short term project, this can also easily be arranged.

We have a large on-site car park with private reserved spaces available if required. In this particular area car parking really is at a premium, so we are pleased to be able to offer this superb additional facility.

Yes – we have a fabulous Board Room with guest WiFi available to hire by the day or the hour and we also offer storage facilities on site.

There are no fixed terms or contracts, and each client has their own fully secure network accessed by a personal password. Our IT colleagues can also provide hard telephone connections & systems, or VOIP services as required.

We offer fully managed, individual offices and suites – furnished exactly as you require and available immediately. Your monthly Office Fee includes many things normally charged as extra, such as rates, utilities, heating, cleaning etc. It also includes other costs that are perhaps less immediately apparent, such as maintenance and security, together with the furnishings, signage and legal fees. You also benefit from very flexible terms, there is no lease to sign – just a simple two page Licence Agreement, and only one to three calendar months notice to vacate is required.
